The ticket grants the right of entry to the venue of the specified event on the date and time mentioned on it.
After purchasing the ticket, a phone reservation is necessary by contacting the phone numbers listed on the presale page.
There may be a minimum mandatory consumption requirement at the event venue. Buyers are obliged to be informed of this condition from the presale page before purchasing.
The event will take place in compliance with the health measures in force on the event date, as announced by the competent authorities.
It is noted that for events held indoors, the use of a mask is optional.
In case of changes to the terms of artistic event execution by the State (e.g., capacity limits, mandatory seat numbering, etc.), already purchased tickets may be replaced to comply with new guidelines.
Ticket holders are required to stay informed about the applicable health framework for events. The Organizer bears no responsibility for restrictions or access bans imposed by law.
In case the presentation of an official document is required for entry, identity verification will also be conducted.
Viewers who lack any required certificates will not be allowed entry, and ticket cancellation or refunds will not be provided.
The Organizer reserves the right to relocate viewers to different seats if deemed necessary.
If the ticket does not specify a row and seat, seating is arranged upon arrival at the venue following the instructions of the responsible staff.
For concerts allowing standing attendees, the ticket does not guarantee a seated position, and timely arrival is recommended.
The ticket must be kept until the end of the event and shown to venue staff if requested.
Viewers are not allowed to bring bottles, weapons, sharp objects, or any other items that may pose a safety risk. Organizers reserve the right to conduct entrance checks for security reasons.
The Organizer may deny entry to latecomers after the official start time of the event. Latecomers denied entry are not entitled to compensation or refunds.
Photography, video recording, and audio recording of performances are prohibited.
Smoking may be prohibited in the event venue. Viewers must comply with the venue's policy.
For purchasing and using discounted tickets, where applicable, proof of eligibility must be provided (e.g., student ID, unemployment card, etc.).
If the event is postponed due to weather conditions, health reasons, or force majeure, the Organizer will announce any rescheduling with the same tickets. If the event is permanently canceled, the Organizer will announce the method, place, and time for ticket refunds.
If the event is interrupted after 45 minutes from its start time, no ticket refunds or replacements will be provided.
The Organizer specified on the ticket is responsible for the event, its content, and any refund claims?not the presale points.
Any service fees for ticket sales are non-refundable, even in case of event cancellation.
Tickets purchased by any means (box office, phone, online) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
