Ticket purchase terms & conditions
The ticket buyer unconditionally accepts the terms of this agreement at the time of purchase, as described below:
- Each purchased ticket constitutes a license for entry to the event venue and attendance at the selected event.
- To enter the event venue, you must either present a printed ticket or store it on your mobile phone (or tablet), ensuring that the ticket's barcode is visible so it can be scanned by the festival's designated personnel.
- The transportation of bottles or other dangerous objects into the venue is prohibited. The ticket buyer acknowledges that the organizers bear no responsibility for accidents or damage to personal property that may arise due to improper behavior by attendees.
- The transportation of any flammable materials is strictly prohibited.
- The company is not responsible if your ticket is stolen or used by a third party without your knowledge. If, for any reason, the ticket is lost or copied, it can only be used the first time it is scanned and validated at the festival entrance. This means that once the ticket is scanned or validated for the first time, it can no longer be used again.
- Anyone presenting a counterfeit ticket or a ticket not issued by an official sales point may face prosecution. The first person to present the ticket is considered the legitimate holder. A second person presenting a printout of the same ticket will not be allowed entry.
- Admission is free for minors under five (8) years old, provided they are accompanied by their parents, and no ticket purchase is required.
- Admission for individuals with disabilities is free.
- Possession of a ticket does not entitle the holder to any additional free services unless otherwise announced.
- Parts of the event may be recorded or filmed. Any member of the audience appearing in such recordings has no claim against the filming/recording company or the organizers. By purchasing a ticket and entering the festival, the ticket holder explicitly and unreservedly consents to the recording of images and audio (video recording and photography) during the event. These recordings may include images of identifiable or visible individuals, and the use of such images and audio may be carried out for advertising, promotional, or other purposes related to the festival, in compliance with data protection laws (Law 4577/2018 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the program.
- Tickets cannot be canceled or exchanged.
- Under no circumstances are tickets refundable, except in the case of festival cancellation.
- Any service fees for ticket sales (service fees) are non-refundable, even in the event of event cancellation.
