The ticket grants the right of entry to the venue of the listed event for the specific date and time indicated.
The ticket does not guarantee a seated position. Timely arrival at the event venue is recommended.
The ticket must be kept until the end of the event and shown to authorized personnel acting on behalf of the Organizer if requested.
Spectators are not allowed to bring bottles, weapons, sharp objects, or anything else that could pose a safety risk upon entry.
Smoking, as well as the consumption of drinks and food, is prohibited in the event area.
Photography, video recording, and audio recording of the event are not permitted.
Ticket holders are kindly requested to follow the directions of personnel who, on behalf of the Organizer, assist with seating, safety, and the smooth running of the event.
If the event is postponed or canceled due to weather conditions, other emergency reasons, or force majeure, an announcement will be made by the Organizer regarding the tickets.
In case the event is interrupted after 45 minutes from its starting time, no ticket refunds will be issued.
If the state alters the terms under which events may be held, the Organizer may issue instructions and measures for which ticket holders must be informed.
The Organizer mentioned on the ticket is solely responsible for the event's conduct, content, and any related claims.
Any service fees for the ticket sales service are non-refundable, even in the case of event cancellation.
Tickets purchased by any means (box office - phone - internet) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
