The project started with a Markella Manoliadis' question regarding her embodied memory and experience as a dancer: "how many versions of myself have I danced so far"? This question was posed not only as a recount of the past, a kind of nostalgic retropection of all that constitutes her artistic identity today, but as a reflection on the function of the body-as-archive, a body that reactivates memories and regenerates experiences in response to inquiries happening during the educational and artistic process.

She brought this consideration to the educational program "Flux School Next" initiated by Flux Laboratory Athens, urging the 15 dancers who participated to reflect on how embodied knowledge is structured, on the details revealed as they seek interpretive qualities in movement, on the variability of experience, while the individual arises from the group just to fall back into it. Markella Manoliadi created a choreography as an open system, with the desire to propose stage conditions that welcome and support the educational program, without denying the fragility of any young dancer who takes their first steps on stage. This project is both a welcome and a wish; to the countless stage experiences of children that begin to explore the paths of the art of dance.
